After nearly two decades in the local recruiting and staffing industry, our team launched Enginuity Advantage in 2009, specializing exclusively in engineering staffing across the Pacific Northwest.
The company quickly grew, earning a reputation for connecting businesses with highly skilled engineering professionals and building lasting client relationships.
As we expanded, one thing became clear: the need for top talent goes far beyond engineering.
Many of our existing clients came to us with additional hiring needs in areas such as administration, HR, sales, finance, and technical support. To meet those needs, we founded Advantage Consulting Group in 2015 as a full-service staffing firm.
Today, Advantage Consulting Group partners with companies across industries to provide tailored staffing solutions, from temporary support to executive search. While our platform is broader, our mission remains the same: to serve people, build relationships, and help businesses thrive by connecting them with the right talent at the right time.
