Position Summary
We are looking for a friendly, reliable person to help keep a few communities clean for our residents in north Everett. This is a full-time, temporary role and we are looking for someone to start asap.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm
- Pay: $22/hr
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Including but no limited to:
- Keeping apartment community and grounds clean
- Vacuuming, mopping, and keeping common areas clean
- Cleaning common area restrooms
- Picking up trash on grounds
- Taking out trashes and moving dumpsters for pickup
- Assisting in cleaning empty apartments for move in by new residents
Qualifications
- Respectful and reliable
- Conducts self in a friendly, professional manner
- Attention to detail and follows instructions well
- Able to pass a criminal background screening upon offer of employmentPhysical requirements:
- Ability to work on feet majority of day
- Ability to work with cleaning materials
Compensation $22/hr
