  • Ensured the timely completion of multiple residential projects through attention to detail, follow-ups, and coordination with other team members.
  • Applied for and managed numerous permits – street use, water meters, gas – with the city of Seattle, Kirkland, and Mercer Island.
  • Handled procurement and design at various stages of construction: appliances, cabinets, plumbing fixtures, and electrical fixtures.
  • Maintained multiple insurance policies. Served as Secretary within an HOA.
