Role Summary:
Seeking a knowledgeable and versatile HR Generalist to join their Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR functions, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. This role is crucial for supporting various HR initiatives and ensuring a positive workplace environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Administer and coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interview scheduling.
Assist in onboarding new employees, providing them with necessary training and resources to ensure a smooth transition.
Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with legal regulations.
Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Implement and promote HR policies and procedures, ensuring employees are informed and compliant.
Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with management to assess workforce needs and develop strategies for talent management.
Stay updated on labor laws and industry best practices to ensure compliance and effective HR operations.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role or similar position.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
Compensation Package:
$55,000 to $75,000 doe
