Role Summary:

Seeking a knowledgeable and versatile HR Generalist to join their Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR functions, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. This role is crucial for supporting various HR initiatives and ensuring a positive workplace environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Administer and coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interview scheduling.

  • Assist in onboarding new employees, providing them with necessary training and resources to ensure a smooth transition.

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with legal regulations.

  • Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.

  • Implement and promote HR policies and procedures, ensuring employees are informed and compliant.

  • Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives and training programs.

  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with management to assess workforce needs and develop strategies for talent management.

  • Stay updated on labor laws and industry best practices to ensure compliance and effective HR operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role or similar position.

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.

Compensation Package:

  • $55,000 to $75,000 doe
