Position Summary

We are looking for a friendly, reliable person to assist our residents in Everett. This is a full-time, temporary role (possibility to turn into a permanent position) and we are looking for someone to ideally start asap.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm

Pay: $22/hr

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Including but no limited to:

  • Keeping apartment community and grounds clean

  • Vacuuming, mopping, and keeping common areas clean

  • Cleaning common area restrooms

  • Picking up trash on grounds

  • Taking out trashes and moving dumpsters for pickup

  • Assisting in cleaning empty apartments for move in by new residents

Qualifications

  • Respectful and reliable

  • Conducts self in a friendly, professional manner

  • Attention to detail and follows instructions well

  • Able to pass a criminal background screening upon offer of employment

Physical requirements:

  • Ability to work on feet majority of day

  • Ability to work with cleaning materials

Compensation $22/hr
