Attendance *

If I’m running late or calling out from my shift, I will contact my Supervisor AND my Recruiter before my shift starts

I understand it is crucial for me to have great attendance and punctuality, especially in the first 90 days of employment

Payroll / TSheets *

I will submit my hours into TSheets absolutely no later than Sunday evenings each week

I will log my hours accurately and include my unpaid, 30 minute lunch

I will reach out to Jan with any payroll related questions

Benefits *

I understand that I accrue one hour of sick time for every 40 hours works and that I’m eligible to use sick time once I’ve completed 90 days of employment

I understand that holidays and vacation are unpaid while in my contract period (unless otherwise discussed)

I understand that on my 75th day of employment, I will receive an email from Jan offering me medical benefits and that I must respond by the listed due date whether I want benefits or not

Communication *

I will communicate openly with my Recruiter and respond to them checking in with me

If I need to leave my position, I agree to put in at least a two week notice

I understand that if I need to get in touch with my Recruiter over the weekend, they can’t be reached via phone or text so I need to email them
