Technical Document Processing Coordinator

Position Summary

The Technical Document Processing (TDP) Coordinator is responsible for producing accurate and timely client deliverables. TDP Coordinators work closely with our client-facing professionals and display strong technical skills, strong organizational and communication skills while balancing multiple responsibilities and deadlines.

They can be remote or if they want to be in office they can be in any office across the US.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours

Pay: $25-$27+/hr doe

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create, edit and format client deliverables (e.g., financial statements, annual reports, proposals, presentations, etc.) in an accurate and timely manner

  • Prepare and format initial drafts of documents, including Word and Excel documents, as well as PowerPoint presentations

  • Review and proofread documents for accuracy

  • Communicate project deadlines, status updates, and workflow questions

  • Proactively plan work to meet client deliverable deadlines

  • Understand and implement all quality control standards

  • Coordinate and assist with copying, binding, and shipping of client deliverables

  • Other duties and special projects as assigned


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED required

  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

  • Strong attention to detail, commitment to producing accurate work in a timely manner

  • Proven commitment to providing exceptional client service

  • Strong organizational skills; able to effectively prioritize assignments and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with discretion

  • May require some overtime hours

Compensation $25-$27/hr doe
